What is the cancellation policy?

Hotel Reservations (less than 14 nights)

If you made a refundable reservation through our website or via our reservations department, you can request a cancelation by sending us an email or giving us a call. Keep in mind if your request is made outside the free cancellation period a free cancellation is not possible and a refund will not be issued.
Non-refundable reservations are paid at the moment of booking and cannot be cancelled and/or amended anymore. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you made your reservation through an online booking agent (such as booking.com, Expedia, etc.), you need to contact them directly for any cancelation request.
 

Extended Stay Reservations (longer than 14 nights)

 
For a refundable Extended Stay rate, a 14-day cancellation period is necessary, otherwise, a cancellation fee will be applicable.
Non-refundable rates are paid at the moment of booking and cannot be canceled and/or amended anymore. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
 

Student Stay Reservations

It is mandatory to send an official request at least a month before your planned check-out date. You can make your request here.
