If you booked a hotel or extended stay reservation your reservation needs to be guaranteed with a credit card and it is only confirmed once you received a confirmation via email.
If you booked a student room your reservation is guaranteed as soon as you've paid the deposit and have received a booking confirmation. If there isn't a room available for your preferred dates, it's because we've either sold out for the current semester, or we're not yet open for bookings for the upcoming semester.
