Once you're logged into your account, you'll have access to a variety of features and functions.

  • View Personal Information: Check your account for personal details, including your name, last name, and email address.
  • Manage Bookings: Access and review your bookings. You'll be able to see your upcoming and past reservations.
  • Billing Information and Payments: View your billing information and pay any outstanding bills directly through your account. Make sure to create an account using the same email address used for your booking to ensure accurate billing information.

  • Forgot Your Password

  • Monthly Bill Payment
    • You'll receive an email every fourteen days before the upcoming month, containing a link to a page where you can view and pay for your monthly bill.
    • Alternatively, you can also log in to your account on thesocialhub.co, using the same email address associated with your booking, to access your bills and make payments.
  • Non-Functional Payment Email Link
    • If the link provided in the payment email doesn't work, try creating an account on thesocialhub.co with the same email address used for your booking. This should allow you to access your bills and make payments.

 

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your account, follow these steps:
