Pet Policy

Are pets allowed?

At The Social Hub, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. While we understand that many of our guests may have furry companions they cherish, we regret to inform you that we do not allow pets, with the exception of service dogs trained to assist individuals with visual disabilities.

As a service-focused establishment, we strive to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests. The decision to restrict pets, excluding service dogs, is based on several factors, including maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for all visitors.

Service dogs:

We do recognize the vital role that service dogs play in assisting individuals with visual disabilities. In accordance with the law and out of respect for those who rely on these special animals for their daily activities, we gladly welcome service dogs at our hotel. We understand that service dogs are trained professionals and are accustomed to behaving impeccably in public spaces.

If you require the assistance of a service dog during your stay, we kindly request that you notify us in advance, so we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate you appropriately. Our team will ensure that your needs are met, and that your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable.

Common Areas:

We have designated areas within the hotel where well-behaved pets can accompany their owners. Our coworking space and lobby are open to your companions, as long as they are on a leash or in a carrier and are not disruptive to other guests.

Please note that as pet owners, it is your responsibility to ensure that your pets are well-behaved, clean, and do not cause any inconvenience or discomfort to other guests. We kindly request that you clean up after your pets and respect the designated areas where pets are permitted.

We look forward to having you at The Social Hub and providing you with an exceptional experience.
