Can I use the deposit to pay the cancelation fee?


The deposit is a standard security fee that needs to be paid directly when making your Student reservation. This is to ensure that the monthly fees will be paid and other responsibilities of the agreement are performed (e.g., paying for damage caused by the tenant). The deposit equals one month’s rent and will be refunded after check-out within 4-6 weeks if everything is in order with the room, your bike, and payments. Please note, your deposit is separate from the first month’s fee.
Since we can only check if the deposit is refundable after check out it is not possible to use it as part of the cancelation fee.
