Are there bed linen and towels in my hotel room?

Yes, both bed linen and towels are provided to all guests.

Do you have triple and family rooms?

No triple rooms are available.

Family rooms are available

 

Can we have an extra bed or a baby cot?

We do not have extra beds available.

Baby cots are based on availability and free of charge for children between 0-2 years. Only possible in Executive King, Suite Room, and Playroom.

 

Do you have a gym?

Yes. It's open 24/7 for our guests. Changing rooms and showers are available.

Every Thursday Yoga classes are available and every Monday Capoeira. Max 10 people from the internal community

Rules: During night-time, we ask not to use weights to avoid noise in the rooms below.

 

Do you have a pool?

Yes, pool season starts around May and remains open until the end of October if the weather allows it.

The opening hours for the pool are 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, and the use of the pool is for hotel guest and community members only. 

Bookings to use the pool can be made at the front office upon check-in and are for free. The slots are for a maximum of 1:45 hours and include a sunbed. Keep in mind that there's limited spots available (capacity will be about 30 pax per slots). 

Guests must wear hair caps and flip-flops and take a shower before entering the pool.

The indoor slots will be for those who just want to have lunch or consume from the Rooftop Bar, without using the pool. 

Starting from 19:00 pm onwards, the Rooftop will be open to external guests,  but in this case, the pool will be closed. The closing time of the Rooftop bar will be 00:00.

 

Do you have a hairdryer?

We'll always have a hairdryer handy, either in your room or at reception. Just ask us on arrival, but be sure to bring it back when you're done

 

Can I make a reservation at the restaurant?

No, it is not possible to make reservations. We work on a first come first serve basis.
