Planning a vacation or a trip can be an exciting experience. However, it's essential to understand the age restrictions and guidelines set by hotels to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Age Restrictions and Eligibility:
Our hotel allows teenagers between the ages of 16 and 18 to stay unsupervised in any of our properties located in Holland, Germany, France, Spain, and Austria.
For our Italian properties you'll need the supervision of an adult if you are under 18 years.
Parental Consent and Responsibility:
To ensure the safety and well-being of underage guests, our hotel requires a note at check-in, signed by a parent or legal guardian with phone number for contact. This note serves as parental consent, stating that the parent agrees to let their teenager stay unsupervised during their stay. This requirement ensures that both the teenager and their parent are aware of the arrangement and have given their consent, fostering a sense of trust and accountability.
Adult Supervision:
While teenagers between the ages of 16 and 18 can stay unsupervised, it's important to note that those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. This policy is in place to prioritize the safety and well-being of younger guests and ensure they have appropriate guidance during their stay.
Safety Measures and Hotel Staff Support:
Although teenagers between 16 and 18 can stay unsupervised, our hotel maintains a strong commitment to guest safety. Our staff members are trained to provide assistance and guidance whenever needed. Additionally, hotel security measures ensure the well-being of all guests, with staff available 24/7 to address any concerns or emergencies that may arise.
By adhering to the required guidelines, including parental consent and adult supervision for younger guests, we aim to provide a memorable and secure environment for all our guests.
