As a hybrid hospitality provider, we welcome all kinds of guests, from hotel guests to extended-stay guests to students. To determine the price of a stay, whether it’s a hotel stay or a student stay, many factors play a role.
Things like room type, length of stay, check-in and check-out date, the moment of booking, special promotions, special agreements with University partners, and changes in market demand are all taken into consideration.
Although we always look to minimize price differences on student stays, it is possible that - because of these factors, such as the moment of booking - not everyone pays the same price. Our rates fluctuate according to the demand for rooms. These price fluctuations can go both ways; the costs can increase or decrease influenced by the factors previously mentioned.
