Extended Stay
If you're staying with us for 14 nights or more, you'll have your room cleaned and receive clean linen every week. Those with a shared kitchen will have regular surface cleaning.
Student stay
Monthly room cleaning and linen change are included. Your shared or communal kitchen gets regular surface cleaning.
Extra room cleaning, such as weekly cleaning and linen change, is provided as an additional service and is bookable via the Service Hub or at reception. The price for these services depends on your room type and location. One thing to keep in mind is that our staff will never touch your personal items and if there is anything left on your bed or desk, we will not clean these areas - so just make sure to put everything away before cleaning day.
